I live here at the park and it is beautiful quit and rose and her team are top notch very professional very nice and always willing to help when and where she can very prompt and get right to solving any problems I may have and always understanding great place to live and grate management  thank you rose for being a grate landlord

On the day I came in Miss Rose was in the office and she was very personable when we met I really shine right up to her she is wonderful she made my move in very easy she explained everything the park is quite nice I'm very pleased and very happy to be here so I give Rose big kudos cuz she did a great job

Convenient location, easy to get approved without all the headaches and nit picking liken other parks. The best is Rose the office manager who is just the best and makes you feel so welcomed and explains everything to where you understand all the fine print and makes it feel more like home with her bubbly personality. I got to tell you ashland talent rv park is beautiful place to live or just to come stay awhile.  To top it off the manager rose is an awsome person who is constantly there for you and with a positive attitude always helping she make the quality of life here better   she had done an amazing job creating this community built on love and hard work come see it for your self it is an amazing place to be when the management cares

I have communicated with Rose the manager on a couple different occasions to move in, I was relocating for my job and not a for sure move at the beginning of this year she kept in contact with me til I knew for sure if I was moving and was willing to accommodate me but I was just recently informed that my work is moving to Medford I contacted her right away and she was very helpful and friendly and on top of getting me the application and all information for the move ASAP

Gorgeous RV park in Talent, OR! Nestled among stunning old-growth trees that provide plenty of shade, this park offers a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. The lush green grass and large, spacious sites make it an ideal place to call home. Rose, the attentive and caring manager, is making wonderful improvements that residents truly appreciate. Great place for long-term stays! Conveniently located, lots of trees, and friendly guests. The management is amazing. Getting in as a long-term resident was very quick and easy, and the management has helped me out several times in various ways...always with a smile. Michelle and Steve are wonderful park managers, park is well kept and peaceful. Takes a bit to get used to sounds of traffic because it is right next to the freeway. But the park itself is quite. Also right next to a gas station and dispensary in walking distance. Great find in the small town of talent and medford is about 15 minutes away good location if your not wanting to be smack dab in a busy town. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Ashland RV Park! The location is perfect, nestled in the beautiful surroundings of southern Oregon. The park is well-maintained, clean, and offers a serene atmosphere, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. The amenities were top-notch, with clean restrooms, hot showers, and a well-equipped laundry room. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, which is a big plus when you need to stay connected. The park is also pet-friendly, which was a huge relief since we were traveling with our furry friend. There are plenty of walking trails nearby, perfect for morning strolls. Additionally, the proximity to downtown Ashland is fantastic – just a short drive to all the great restaurants, shops, and the famous Shakespeare Festival. Overall, Ashland RV Park provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through or looking for a peaceful getaway in the area.
